This weekend was the first Bootcamp Retreat from 1-5, with 1 hr bootcamp, 1 hr yoga, and 1 hr nutrition talk. Sunday, I followed it up with my longest run ever, 6.13 miles (3 back-and-forths down Alden Lane). Need to build up the distance for the SF half marathon. Felt great! (using the run-walk-run method.)

Keep up the work, Karen, don't think you can sit back for days just because of the tough weekend!
